According to information over my scanner, traffic was held up for some time on Route 104 around Giddings Flats due to an accident on the Cambridge end. Fairfax Road Crew was informed around 6:30 that the road was open.

From someone who was held up by the accident:
"I was held up on my way home, with the accident. It was just barely over the Cambridge-Fairfax town line. A utility truck of some kind was on it's roof, off from a steep driveway. Rescue did not appear too busy, so I assume no injuries. Crews were trying to get sand down, to get a wrecker up the driveway.
The roads were VERY slippery all day long. With the falling snow and blowing snow, it was often white out conditions also."
