Its not too late, just stop in at the Town Office between 9am and 4pm or 6 and 8pm and you can vote there by Absentee Ballot.  Its to late for them to mail out a ballot, but they can check you in there give you a ballot and accept it.  You cannot pick up a ballot for someone else, it has to be mailed, so you cannot pick up a ballot and bring it to someone and drop it off later today or tomorrow at the polls.
