Title: No Activity At Steeple Market Yet

Went by the Steeple Market yesterday and saw a couple of vehicles there.  Did See Pierre there with another person looking at the big pile of debris and was going to stop on my way back down through.  Unfortunately they had both left and nobody was there when I came back by.
