Title: NH Electric & Gas Company Asking To Decrease Rates

I can safely say I have never heard of a company in Vermont asking to reduce the Electrical Rates.  Absolutely unheard of however,  Unitil is looking to lower electric and gas rates for New Hampshire customers starting May 1.

The utility says residential gas customers could see a 19 percent drop, and electric customers would see a 15 percent drop.  Now if this could only happen here.
