Title: Busy, Busy Week For One Sugarmaker At Least

Jim Ellsworth has been boiling every night and actually boiled until 4 a.m. the other night.  So far he has made nothing but fancy and if this continues, should have a good year.  Brought my camera with me when I went to St. Albans yesterday and kept an eye open for sugarhouse activity, but saw none.  There may be a lot of them doing like Jim and boiling at night.
