Title: Fairfax Funeral Home Webcasts Memorial Service
Post by: Henry on April 12, 2009, 09:07:04 PM
On a computer screen 2,000 miles from Vermont, 91-year-old Virginia Moore watched her daughter's funeral.

With her son, Raymond, at her side in Conroe, Texas, Moore saw her twin daughters, Faith Thompson and Faye Kuyat, memorialize the older sister they adored. They spoke of Kay Kopacz's love of polka music, her first kiss and her exceptional baking skills.

Moore then watched her grandson, Doug Kopacz, pay tribute to his late mother, remembering her love of antiquing and flower arranging, her NASCAR obsession and her sense of adventure.

I am wondering what Albert Rich's comments would have been on this.  I have had some communications with Kara and apparently they have the capability of live feeds where ever there is high speed Internet.  If there isn't high speed Internet at the location, they can upload it a couple hours later.  They have the capability of live feeds at both the Essex & Fairfax Chapels.  Apparently the family can decide who they want to give the link to to watch the service.  Sometime along I will get with John Workman and learn a little more about it.
