The Ramsay house was originally owned by Leonard & Peggy Ramsay who owned the garage on the corner of Route’s 128 & 104 - A special thanks to Pat McNall, one of our listers for pulling out this old photo.  It was quite dark and I tried to lighten it as to my knowledge, this is the only photo we have of it.

This was the Elbridge Rugg farm, then Mary & Joseph Gaudette owned it and lived there. After Joseph died, Mary lived in the Meigs house and Arthur & Ernest Gaudette bought the farm. Ernest & Barbara lived in the house. It was torn down in the mid- 1990's and replaced with the existing house. Nathan Buck owned several properties in that area in the early 1800's and owned a saw mill on the brook between the Gaudette and Mossey properties.  A special thanks for the photo from Pat McNall & Gina Meigs, our listers who remembered the house and the history of the house/farm from Donna Meunier.

Donna Meunier was kind enough to fill me in on a little more history on the Gaudette House in case you are interested.  In addition to adding it to this post, I have also posted the information in the Vanishing House Gallery.  So much of this information can be lost if we don't try to write it down someplace.
