Title: To Pre Buy Or Not To Pre Buy

Well, we made a bad decision last year by pre-buying at $4.59.  S. B. Collins however, did come back and lower the price to $3.99 and gave us the extra gallons.  That is something you don't expect.  I have no idea what the going price is for fuel.  Since we got more than the 1,000 gallons last year still have quite a bit left, so wouldn't have to pre-buy 1,000 gallons this year.
