Title: Chris Santee Stuck In Traffic Mile North Of Winooski Exit

Just got a call from Chris Santee who has been stuck in traffic on the Interstate just North of the Winooski exit.  As I was talking with him, they started moving them around.  Apparently some black smoke & fire trucks there.

A car caught fire.
It looked like traffic might have been stopped for a while,
but VT State Police got us going quickly.
