Title: Pizza's Coming Next Week At Minors

Jeff Minor was handing out Pizza samples this morning - They have a little more work to get done in the kitchen before they can start selling Pizzas.  They will be getting their basic Pizza Starter, Crust, sauce, cheese fresh from Rosarios in St. Albans.  Jeff tells me that this way they will be assured of a consistent quality.  They will then add the other extras and bake them.  He said they will have several specials during each week.  I wanted to take a photo of Jeff GIVING samples, but he asked me to wait until they were in full swing.  Meanwhile, if you want to sample the Pizza, just stop in, not sure however how long they will be doing it.

Rosario's makes good pie...this will be nice to have available in town...

I don't buy much pizza in Fairfax, since I live within walking distance to the Fletcher General Store (and they make very good pizza), but I never cared for the pizza from Steeple Market. I think this is a great idea for Minors. Rosarios does make great pizza, so we may have to skip Fletcher General next time and try a pizza from Minors.

Fletcher Store does make very good pizza, we have had it several times and my daughter swears by it also.
