Title: Steve Cota's Crew Scrapes, Primes, Paints & Repairs In 86 Degree Temps
Post by: Henry on June 24, 2009, 02:42:47 PM
It was really hot out there today as Steve Cota's Total Home Care Crew Scraped, Sanded, Primed, Painted and Repaired the old 1904 Former BFA Principal's House, which is now the Fairfax Town Office.  They ran into a lot of rotten boards, apparently caused by some poor ventilation.

Shown above are Mark Yates, Sean Keefe and Dillon Boardman (Curtis Cota, another crew member, was not available for the photo), scraping, painting & priming.

Jeff Russell & Steve Cota, shown on the porch roof, discuss how they will install a vent in the overhang.
