Under the Maple Street covered bridge
YOUR MOMENT OF ZEN
Posted for Wednesday July 15th......................................
Water can have a calming effect. So for today just stare at the two pictures and imagine the sound of the brook running.
Or better yet, go underneath a bridge somewhere and clear your mind watching the water.
Sometimes I used to go up to Fairfax Falls and get into a certain location and watch the water coming over.
Or go down to Perkins Pier in Burlington and watch the waves come in.
It can be very peaceful.

You must be so calm lately with all this rain Mike, you don't even need to go down to the bridge or up to the falls to see water. Just look outside.

Very nice calming photos, Mike! I went on a covered bridge tour around Montgomery/Jay/Belvedere when I was in VT. I drank too much coffee, and that calming noise of the rushing water made me feel uncomfortable, if you know what I mean!

Suzy, you or all people should know that there's no such thing as "Too much" coffee...
