Title: Vermont Man Charged With Digging Up Dad

Dominik A. Bailey Jr., 43, has been charged with felony removal of human remains after allegedly digging up the cremated man's remains from a Vershire graveyard.  I guess this could be called a theft, but lots of people keep the remains of their cremated relatives in their home - To read the story, click on the following link:

Sounds more like work for a physiatrist rather than the police, a little too weird.
