Title: Apology in advance
Post by: Mike Raburn on August 15, 2009, 06:08:05 PM
I apologize for the butt kicking the Bills are going to give to the Patsys on 9/14.

GO BILLS!

I think you must have got hold of some of those fermented apples Henry was talking about.

The Bills won't even be a speedbump for the PATS!

It is a VERY important first game though.

I do not care what everyone else says but to me the toughest and most exciting division is the AFC East.
I always end up pulling for an AFC team during play offs, except last year.
I was a pulling for the Cards.... who wasn't??

I do hope Brady does well for the Patsys but hope Edwards does better for the Bills.
A year off is sorta hard to come back from. Now he will show us what he is made of.

GO BILLS!

I do recall it was what ....2 seasons ago that the bills opened the season with a sever Patty beat-down and went on to a 5 game winning streak....... only to fall off the stool and lose like the next 6 - including the rematch game to the Pats where i beleive they beat by the same exact score the bills had beat them by....

Mayeb the pats winning isn't a bad thing eh?  BUT, OH HOW NICE IT WOULD BE TO SEE A PATTY SPANKING AGAIN THOUGH!

That was last season. It is hard to forget a 5 game winning streak for the Bills.

There's no points for being second 4 times in a row.  Nor Setting a recod for scoring 3 touchdowns in 77 seconds.  OR staging ( what is it now  .... the 5th greatest ) comeback of all time?

Just one Buffalo  - just 1 in my life time - just one superbowl ok?!

Mike's gotta be getting excited with a Bills lead in the 4th quarter. Can they hold on???

It would at least take away some of the pain of my Redskins' loss to the Giants yesterday.

Go Bills!

I'm very sorry Mike. I take full responsibility for jinxing the Bills with my previous post.

What an amazing comeback.

The Bills looked pretty good with three minutes left.

Why does it seem like Buffalo gets all the morons?  DUDE!  there's like 2:10 left..... why run it out of the endzone?  I just get the basic 14 channels around here - ( with the new converter box) so i was listening on the radio.  When i heard him run out of the endzone - i knew something bad was going to happen as it was a stupid move.  As soon as i heard the Pats recovered the fumble i turned it off - knowing Buffalo had YET AGAIN made squandered another lead and win.

I AM a Bills fan.... just let down.  if they lost a battle, that would be one thing - but playing prevent, giving the TD, making bad decisions.....UGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

I hope they send that guy back down to the practice squad!  :)

Mike R ..  We have never met -- but you were certainly in my thoughts last night. I hope you were able to enjoy a few Miller Lites and a cigar as well  .. as previously stated -- WHY did he try to return the kickoff ? ?!?!?  Knee-down --- You had none of your standard blockers in front of you --    Football can be a maddening game !!

Leodis McKelvin has been on a returner for 2 years. He has an excellent average.

I have NO idea what he was thinking running that out, either.

Oh well.

Is it just me or did Edwards looked tired in the 4th???

I get to watch the Bills @ Tampa on Sunday..... It is all good.

By the way.....

December 20th.... BOOK IT!
Bill's HOUSE!

It may be a NOTHING game for the Bills by then, BUT it is still the AFC East.

Mike ,

Your Bills are playing the Bucs  IN Buffalo ---  My Bucs -- to be very frank -- suck -- They gave up 450 yards last week to Tony Romo and the Boys --

I'll be watchin' this one -- 4:05 Eastern , Sunday Afternoon atr Ralph Wilson Stadium

Good Luck ---  From Tampa,  Mike M.

Hey Bills fans,

The Pats won yesterday, how did your Bills do?

The Bills did loose.

But their D held Brees in check. I gotta look at the positive, right?

I have Brees in one of my fantasy leagues and he did OK but not as well as he has done in the past 2 weeks.

What about them JETS???? WOW!

Papi, do you think they can keep going like this?

Oh,
I have Flacco and the Raven's D this weekend against the Pats........

PATS win, BILLS lose...  I'm beginning to see a trend.

Plus a bonus with Sanchez's performance for the JETS....

Papi,

I am rooting for the PATs against the Broncos Sunday.......There is NO logical reason that the Broncos are 4-0.

Jets and Mia on Monday night..... AFC EAST game, no telling who will show up!

Alas,I admit that the Bills are done this year. Fork, stick it.
My heart is always with them!
