Title: Where's The Steeple??

Just got the following note:

"HAS THE STEEPLE BEEN MOVED FOR PROTECTION,, I HAVE NOTICED ITS GONE IS IT INSIDE???JUST A NOSEY FAIRFAX BOY................"

I took a look inside the building Friday afternoon, and the steeple was not there.
My guess is they took it back to where it was made to be finished, i.e. painted, molding put on, etc.

As for Waldo, didn't see him either. He's usually hiding someplace.

Pierre was at the site this morning.  I asked him and he said they had some seaming to do on it that had to be done in the shop.  He said they are still held up on the roof as a few more penetrations need to be made.  Looks like a couple more weeks before they put the steeple on.  He told me he would stay in touch, however, if anybody sees any Steeple Activity, let me know.

What is "seaming"? Caulking? Chinking?

I understand the roof pens, more likely for plumbing vents.

But seaming is new to me.
