Title: 6% Sale - Only Certain Stores Benefit - What Excites Customers - 6%?

Went down to J & L Hardware Saturday and only one other customer in the store.  No big tax free day rush there.  I think perhaps only the Electronic & Appliance stores really benefited and the State lost.  If any store advertised 6% off, I don't think there would be a big rush.  Don't quite understand why "Tax Free Day" gets so many people excited when there are actually bigger sales during the year.
