Chris Williams went on a shooting spree in Essex 3 years ago today and shot 4 people, killing two of them. One of his victims was Alicia Shanks who was a 4th grade teacher here at BFA in the mid 70s. Not only was she a teacher here, but she was also the sister of John Workman of The A.W. Rich Funeral Home.
