I noticed on Chris Santee's web site http://www.franklinone.com (http://www.franklinone.com) that Steeple Market is accepting applications. One of the qualifications:
"Applicants must have outstanding customer service skills and strong communication"
A couple of things that probably could happen, not only in the New Steeple Market, but in our other local stores as well, is that all of the staff have name tags, so that if you want to make a complaint, you will at least be able to tell the business owner who the complaint was against, or vice versa if an employee is outstanding in their service.
The owners are definitely interested in knowing if there has been a problem, but if you cannot tell them who the problem was, it is pretty difficult for them to correct it. I recently had a problem and brought it to the owners attention. They are a business that prides themselves on Customer Service and when mentioned to them, told me they definitely would handle the situation.
I do not believe in criticizing a business here on the forum, as it is not usually the business, but one of its employees, not all of them.
Never hesitate however to praise customer service here on the forum and give credit where credit is due.
