The above photos were sent to The Fairfax Town Office with the following note:

To Whom It May Concern:

My family has summered in Vermont for as long as I can remember.  My father was an amateur photographer and took his camera whenever we rode around the state.

I came across this image a while ago and hate to throw anything away.  Someone has written on the back, 1948.

Perhaps you can add these to a collection somewhere.
