Title: Nine Houses Sold During The Month Of August

The most houses sold in a long time.  There were nine houses sold during the month of August, one of them being a Condo and another being a lot.  There were several other transfers without money involved, but I don't post those.

Welcome to Josh Langelier and his bride to be that have purchased a house in town.

There are a couple of other houses I notice activity around that are for sale, but have not seen any property transfers at The Town Office.  One of them is Lorraine Cooley, next door to Joe & Cecille Rainville and the other is Ed Paquin's house in the center of town.   Both of these houses should be in a price range that would fit a lot of people's capability to buy.

Thank you Henry it is good to be living back in town again!!! Oh and one hour early but I believe a happy anniversary is in order for you!!  49 years that is awesome CONGRATS!!!!!
