Title: The Tranquil Lamoille, September 11, 2009

Above, looking up towards Fairfax Falls from Fairfax Village and below looking down stream, the Lamoille River hardly seems to be moving as it slowly moves around the many stones - A far cry from many photos of The Raging Lamoille photographed at times after heavy rains and snowmelt

This is the perfect time for some fishing...the fish all get concentrated in small pools up and down the river...just not going to tell exactly where... :-)
