Title: Suspicious Light Brown Ford Taurus

Car drove by on Sam Web very slow this evening.  On third time by it stopped and idled for about 5 minutes.  The driver then shut off the engine and sat for another 5 minutes. 

I spoke to the two individuals to see if they were ok.  They told me that they were waiting for someone.  Driver was a female with blond hair.  She seemed nervous as she fiddled with her Black Berry.   Passenger was a male with blond hair and a plaid hat. 

They told me that they were from St. Albans.  I mentioned that a lot of home had been broken into lately.   They said that they would move on and they did.

I didn't get a plate number, but I don't think that they will be back.
