I was up on Mansfield today .... about 10:30 this morning, wet snow spitting from the sky.
(YIKES - here comes that winter thing again)

Great...now I'm depressed.  My dad always said 6 weeks after the first snowfall on the mountain is when we have it here.  Maybe he meant "sticking snowfall"....

Anyone have the Farmers Almanac. I'd like to know what they are forcasting. It was a bizarre summer... I can only imagine what old man winter has up his sleeve this year~!

Burlington Free Press on line had an article that the Almanac said warm through December then cold January.  Sounds like most Vermont winters to me!
