Title: Awesome Chicken Pie Supper Tonight

Maryann & I got takeouts and Kudos to the take out people, plus of course the people that made the chicken pies.  Everything was delicious.  Maryann couldn't eat all of hers and I had all I could do to finish mine.  We will have the pie later, but I doubt I will tackle Maryann's leftovers tonight.

What a nice group of workers they had.  Several took the time to come over and say "Hi" while I was waiting for our takeouts.  We still are a friendly small town and I just love living here.

I shared the wonderful job of pie-cutter with Joyce Mc Cuin.  I was delighted to see how many church folk, young and old, turned out to serve food, wash dishes, pour coffee, clean, count, serve.  It was equally delightful to see how many came to enjoy the meal.  The supper was a wonderful display of community in all senses of the word.
