Have you guys tried running those cars on snow and ice in the winter?
I guess studding the tires would be needed but I bet that would be fun.
Here is what some nuts do up here in February downtown.
The Fur Rondy Grand Prix.
They do this down by our main office.
It doesn't look like it, but they really mess up the roads for this event.
It is an event to get to the office that Thursday and Friday before the race.

There is ice racing over in New Hampshire. I know there are a couple of large ponds that are used. And I have seen write-ups in a local racing paper, called Racin' Paper, that feature pictures from the races, and some have involved a sprint car or two.
