Title: Heating Oil Predictions Down 42% From Last Year

Well, we prebought again this year, probably not the smartest move, but it is done.  I think we prebought at $2.29.  I see that they are predicting much lower prices this year than last year.  Unfortunately, as Seniors on a fixed income and increasing health costs, we have to make sure we can stay warm.
