Colchester voters yesterday voted on whether to build a new police station or repair the old one. The article passed by 24 votes. Many people at times feel their vote doesn't count - Here is another case where it did.
I remember Mike Cain talking about the vote here in town on a particular item - Think it might have been the Sewerage Plant - and the vote was much closer than that.
