So, now that it's open, what's the first thing you bought at Steeple Market??
For me, it was a breakfast sandwich and a bottle of orange juice on Friday morning.
-
A bag of potatoes and a bag of chips.
-
I bought Ice cream last night.
-
M&Ms
Plain and peanuts.
-
I got an excellent cup of coffee and a little spaceship-like thing with hummus and pretzel chips in it. I was so excited about getting to the new Steeple Market for the first time and it's lovely!
-
Bananas & Diet Coke
-
Diet Orange Crush and filled my tank with gas!
Two thumbs to Pierre when I went inside :)
Looks fantastic!
-
I just bought a bag of potato chips for $3.99 OUCH!
-
Went down tonight and picked up a shells with meat sauce dish and SW Chicken Panini and a Strawberry Rhubarb pie - The place was hopping - Nice to see so many happy smiling faces shopping on this very rainy wet day.
-
I bought celery and heavy cream.
-
Some bacon and OJ and celery. The prices were a little steep though
-
Gas... gotta love 5 cents off tuesdays!
-
Forgot to check with them Marc, did you notice if they are also refilling propane tanks? Mine is going to run out some of these days in the middle of cooking something.
-
They certainly have the large propane tank there, not sure if they are filling yet though... anybody know for sure?
-
I asked today, and they don't have it going yet - Suspect they probably also use propane in the Deli.
-
I asked as well. They are waiting on the gas company to set things up. People are already asking to have tanks filled.

Back in the OLDEN TIMES......
I bought a BOOZKA gum there.
2 cents......with a cartoon. May have been 3 cents, I had COIN!
Prior to ST LUKES becoming a store, I TRIED to buy some fishing line at Parson's. A whopping $1.50 for the killer fish under the bridge.
I knocked down a display and Mr. Parsons made me re display his display.......
I will NEVER forget that.. I was so ashamed.
Weird what you remember.
