Post by: Henry on December 09, 2009, 10:31:45 AM
According to FranklinOne http://www.franklinone.com/ (http://www.franklinone.com/) some Georgia Students were dropped off at BFA Fairfax because they didn't know there was no school here - Apparently those attending here are not on the Automated Call System??

From FranklinOne.com:

"BFA Fairfax is Closed - SNOW DAY !!!
Enjoy the day with your children if you can.
Georgia Elementary & Middle School is OPEN !
Students were dropped off at BFA Fairfax due
to a "glitch" in a Vermont broadcast system.
Some folks did not know school was closed !"

To all,
I'm not sure the students dropped off were from Georgia.
I just watched some students get dropped off
and then quickly chase after their parents who were pulling out.

There was a glitch with the network media,
I don't believe BFA had any problems.

Both FranklinOne.com and VTGrandpa.com posted news of the school closing before 7:00am.
