Title: Ospreys In North Fairfax

On Thursday, March 2, 2006, The St. Albans Messenger carried this photo and caption on page 8.  Apparently this was somewhere around the St. Albans Water District reservoir.  Don't go to St. Albans that often, but must try and bring my camera next time I go and grab a photo, if I can just stay on the road while I am looking for it.
