To the best of my recollection, Rick has never been held up, however has been broken into several times.  I know he has an improved security system that may be deterring them.  Rick's hours are such also that there are plenty of people in the area when he is open.  According to Google, the robber lived on St. Pierre Road in Fairfield, a cross cut between Rugg & Swamp Road.  I still do not use the ATM up at the mini mall in the evening, just in case somebody is really desperate and wanted what little money I could give them.
