Franklin County, VT...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BURLINGTON HAS EXTENDED THE
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW ACROSS THE NORTHEAST
KINGDOM OF VERMONT AND WESTERN SLOPES OF THE NORTHERN GREEN
MOUNTAINS...UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON.

* SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 7 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY LATER
THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS ORLEANS...CALEDONIA...ESSEX...LAMOILLE AND
EASTERN PORTIONS OF CHITTENDEN AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES OF VERMONT. THE
HIGHER SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA TODAY...WITH SOME
LINGERING SNOW SHOWERS TONIGHT.
