Title: Spring Construction On The Fletcher Road

Bill Superneau appears to have started his new project across from The Town Garage.  From what I saw on the map, it appears that the lower road towards the village will be the location for 5 homes and the upper driveway towards Fletcher will be the location of 2 homes.  The Gifted Road development between there and Donny Gross is a very nice development.  Nice sandy soil - Gifted Road is all flat also.  That one Bill developed several years ago.  Both are only about a mile and a half from the village on a blacktop road and the next plus is that both comcast and fairpoint have DSL that goes by there.  Lots of people who buy homes don't stop and think about the accessibility of high speed Internet - a definite must for most families in this day and age.
