SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At 1706 hours on 01/26/2010, State Police in Middlesex took a report that a man had found his car stolen and abandoned at the Shell Station in Waterbury. The car was taken from his friend’s house at approximately 0415 hours. The vehicle was then driven to the Shell Station in Waterbury where it stopped running and would no longer start. (The Suspect) was seen on surveillance footage walking back and forth from the car and was seen by witnesses who attempted to restart the vehicle for her. The suspect also went in the store and filled out an application for employment before leaving the vehicle behind.

Just where do these people come from?

Sounds like somebody was using a duplicate key. My daughter went up to start my sisters car and drive it when she was in rehab and happened to grab her duplicate key that she had made that opens the doors fine, but even though it will start the car, the car has a sensor that shuts it off after a short while and then it won't start.
