Well, the apple pies are on the kitchen counter (Thanks to Marion Eastman), the stuffed boneless leg of lamb is in the refrigerator (Thanks to Steeple Market) and the Spiral Ham is also in the refrigerator. We will be having our Easter Dinner tonight as the kids who will be coming home for Easter all have to head back tomorrow afternoon. We plan to go to the 11 a.m. Mass and have an Easter Brunch here at home right after Mass.

My leg of moose is all stuffed and ready. (Thanks to roadkill)
My Bald Eagle wings are marinating. (shhhh.)
AND, whale meat is tenderizing.
Should be a glorious feast with the sun beaming and in the 60s. (Thank you Al Gore)
