INTERNET BLUES

Arrgh.
Got up Thursday morning and couldn't access the internet. Unplug the wireless, unplug the modem, nothing.
Margie called Fairpoint after she got home from work and they helped her make the connections again. Think it might be the wireless router.
Couldn't even use the iPhone properly, because it wouldn't connect through the wireless, and we don't have 3G here in town, so it's like having dial-up.
Not fun with no internet. Still can't figure out how we got along without it. We did, just not as much fun as it is now.

Mike,

I have gone through 3 wireless routers.
I have this one for about 3 years and NEVER a problem, DLINK 655.

It is in the basement and the kid hits it with his PS3, wirelessly up on the 3rd floor, He can stream Netflix and hit my home theater CPU and watch what I have on it's hard drive when I am running the PS3 Media server software.

It is STILL spendy, but it is hassle free and a breeze to set up
