A lot of excavation, and digging, and pouring of foundations in the vicinity of the old 15 Maple Street. The house next door, where Bea Cherrier's place was, is having an addition put on. I believe there will be two duplexes there when all is finished. (Bea's old property, and the new building.)

Always wondered about those houses down on Maple Street - So close to the Lamoille River - They just have to have some pretty damp cellars.  I think most of them with cellars must have the old stone wall cellars that don't hold back much water.

I cannot remember what was in between Bea's and George's and Simon's place.

The Luman place had that stone foundation and it was under creek or brook level, whatever you all call it.

There were big yards inbetween Bea's place and Lavallee's. I used to mow Bea's lawn a couple of times so I remember. And then there was another big stretch between Bob and Bernice's place and Lavallee's.
