Title: KofC Prepares First Communion Practice Breakfast At St. Luke's

A very successful First Communion practice breakfast yesterday after the 11 am Mass, before MaryBeth Redding and Karen Minor put the kids and their parents through their paces in preparation for this coming Saturday's First Communion Mass.

We served up plain and chocolate chip pancakes, sausage, bacon, OJ, milk, coffee and tea. Many thanks to Steve Bessette, Jim Groseclose and Ed Nuttall for the set-up, serving and clean-up and to Pete Fitzgerald for getting all the supplies together, serving and clean-up(even after providing music for the 11 AM Kindergarten Mass!!!).

Also, Georgia Market needs a special recognition for giving as a really big break on the cost of the supplies.

We served about 65 breakfasts.
