VERMONT STATE POLICE

PRESS RELEASE
A multi-agency training scenario will take place later today at the Chittenden County Courthouse in Burlington. The Vermont State Police Tactical Services Unit, Hostage Negotiation Unit, Critical Incident Dispatch Team, and the Burlington Police Hostage Unit will take part. The scenario will begin around 9:15 and end at approximately 3:30. Parking around the Courthouse may be limited however it is not foreseen that traffic will be affected. The media will not be able to enter the scenario as training simunitions will be used.
