To Whom It May Concern

RE:   WESTFORD - FAIRFAX
   VERMONT ROUTE 128

Please be advised beginning Thursday, June 17, 2010 Frank W. Whitcomb Construction Corporation will begin the repaving project of Vermont Route 128 starting in Westford at the intersection of Route 128 & Osgood Hill Road proceeding northbound to Fairfax to the intersection of Routes 128 & 104.  The expected completion date is September 12, 2010.

This project will consist of grinding the exiting pavement and recycling the material into a new base, resurfacing the existing pavement with two more courses of pavement along with new signs, guardrail and other incidental items.

During this construction period, motorists should expect traffic flow to be maintained at all times with traffic control present.  We ask motorists to use extreme caution while traveling through the zone.  The speed limit will be strictly enforced as the safety of the workers along with the motorists is of the utmost importance.

The Public Relations telephone number for the public to call with any questions or concerns is 802-862-6085.

I will be contacting you weekly with any construction updates.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
