Hi All,

Norm Steinhour has purchased several older homes here in Fairfax and I thought I would like to show you one of the homes he has just renovated and has up for sale here on the corner of Fletcher Road and Wilkins Road:

The above house is the one originally built and owned by Harland & Ola Tracy.  Norm has also purchased the little double-wide near Robert & Carlene Sweet at the foot of Mill Hill done a great job of renovating and landscaping that.  He also has the Liza Bevins house on Boissoneault Road and the former Rose Finch House up on the Fletcher Road.  It will be interesting to see what he does with the Bevins and Finch houses.

I stopped by one day and asked for permission to take the pictures above and he was willing to give me a tour of the inside, but unfortunately was in a hurry and unable to stop.  Norm takes great pride in his work and certainly does a fantastic job.  He taught for many, many years in Essex Junction before retiring.
