Title: Anybody From Fairfax Win In The Moose Hunting Lottery??
Post by: Henry on July 09, 2010, 08:33:05 AM
I know every year we have someone local that has won in the Moose Hunting Lottery - I believe it was this morning at 8:30 in Waterbury -

2010 lottery drawing for 765 moose hunting permits will be held at 8:30 a.m. today in Waterbury by the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department.

In addition to the regular lottery drawing, the department will hold a special priority drawing for five permits to be issued to applicants who have received, or are eligible to receive, a Campaign Ribbon for Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom (in Afghanistan).

The names of the permit winners will be posted on the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department website (www.vtfishandwildlife.com (http://www.vtfishandwildlife.com)) by tonight.
