Title: AT&T Service

Just wondering if anyone else has been having trouble with their cell phone service for the last couple of days.  We have plenty of bars of signal, but for whatever reason, can't make or receive calls.  Also, our phones show when we have voicemail (eventually), but we can't access the network.  I have called AT&T and they said that the nearest tower had been upgraded, and suggested we get a "micro tower" for our home.  They cost $150!   They also suggested that iphone users to download an app called "mark the spot" so we can instantly notify them of problems using the phone's GPS.  I'm just wondering if anyone else has had these issues and gotten a better explanation from them.  This is interrupting my work, and we're waiting to get the call on a new baby in the family. Terrible timing!

I was having similar problems.  I went into the phone software and reset.  Problem solved.
