We live on 104 and don't have high speed.  We, like a bunch of others on 104, are in a cable based dead zone.  Fortunately, the DSL is sufficiently fast enough to do most things I need to do online.

I was teasing, Ed.

I went from dial up to DSL and then to cable...
I am still waiting on FIOS and it is just across the road.....

I used to play on-line games on dial up, TCP/IP, with guys in Boston, AZ, FL, and one dude in MT, all of us on the same TCP/IP address back in 1994 and it was BLAZING cool.

It all depends on the server you are hitting, your connection, and the data packets you are transmitting.

You are so sensitive!!!!!!!!!!!

Rod is a delicate flower.

I used to play Diablo I over dial-up with one of my local friends.  It was occasionally choppy, but not too bad for the most part.
