We had a beautiful day for our Walk to School Day with our volunteer Varsity athletes and the National Honor Society students escorting our younger students to school. It was great to see all of the students get off the busses and walk with our youngers for a K-12 community event. Thanks to our parents that joined us and we hope to see more of you next year. Thanks to our community for driving safely.

Bellows Free Academy students will be participating in National Walk to School Day this Wednesday. Students may be dropped off by parents at 8am at the AW Rich Funeral Home and busses will be stopping there to drop off students as well. Please be safe for our students and thanks for being patient as we celebrate the benefits of walking to school.

Our Fairfax Elementary and Middle School Students will be participating in the 2014 Walk to School Day on October 8th. Buses will be dropping off students at the AW Rich Funeral Home. Students will then be escorted to school by teachers and our high school volunteers (NHS and Varsity soccer teams). Please be safe and patient with the traffic stopped. Thanks!

Wednesday, October 9th is International Walk to School Day. BFA will be participating with parents and buses dropping off students in front of the funeral home. Please drop off students on the same side of the road, so students do not have to cross the road. Parents, teachers, the National Honor Society, and our high school soccer teams will be keeping our students safe. Please drive safely and thanks for your patience at this time.

Sorry if you had a problem with the site. I'm not sure how to make the address a quick link. If you copy and paste the address into your browser, it should take you there. Or you can highlight the address, right click on your mouse, and open it that way. Thanks for the interest.

I just want to say thank you again to all of the people of Fairfax that were part of creating the Fairfax Community Trails. We absolutely love to use them for our Physical Education classes and we enjoyed them again today. Our elementary students always give a big cheer when I say we are headed to the trails to explore and hike. A special thanks to the tireless Doug Stewart who we saw working once again clearing wood on the trails today. I have posted some photos on my school website if anyone would like to take a look. Thanks again! https://sites.google.com/site/msweekspenews/photo-gallery

I forgot that Fred coached Kelsey, my niece. Wish she would have kept with it. Creton is another French-Canadian thing, it's a pork spread. Kelsey's mom just had a close call kayaking.
