The Barkyoumb Family as Hillcrest Foods, STILL donates all the egg for the omelets we serve at the finish! Almost 500 of them! I'll have to mention to them the national recognition!

The Link used above was from a previous posting for the Rec Fields bid. This years bid was put out in seven days, in order to save taxpayer money, the seven days costs much less than the free press and other newspapers. We also did e-mail the bid to anyone who had left a message with the recreation department expressing interest in bidding.

I need to double check what the town is holding in my accounts, but as I understand it all the recreation money from the 100 acre wood is still in the 100 acre wood fund. The money david is referring to came from town land on fletcher road.. correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

Haunted House updates!!
We will be prepping on October 23 from 1-3pm and 6-9pm. There is a long list of what needs to be done!

The Haunted house is coming! This friday! We need volunteers to help decorate! To finish building sets! We will be preparing for the haunted house from noon to 10pm tonight! Stop by and help if you can! We are also in need of the following items still!
big pots
fencing
hammocks
palm tree
Sand
Ropes
nets
whiskey barrels
Seashells
Round mirrors
Chains
Fishing nets
Pirate Stocks (the thing you put your head and hands in)
Projector
blindfolds

The Haunted House is coming soon!
We need set builders this weekend
Schedule is as follows


Schedule this week:
Friday evening: 6-8pm Drop off any building materials.
Saturday 9am - 3pm - Building sets
Sunday - 3-8pm - Drop off for any non building materials. Construction continues.

Please come help if available!

You will not have to be buzzed in - in the lobby of the high school entrance on the right before the buzzer is the new library entrance.
