BIG news at Genesis Fitness!  From now on there is only a flat rate for membership.  $25 for Georgia Residents, $30 for non-residents.  No start up fees, no commitment terms, no loop holes.  We're at risk of losing our gym and need members.  Please share our new, discounted rates with all your friends, family and co-workers and help us keep our gym!

One year ago today we opened our doors and started helping the community get fit!  So many people still don't know we're here.  Please help us spread the word!  For every 3 that you refer who sign up, you get a month free!!!  We also have summer specials going on now!

Aww thanks Mary Kay!  We try to make sure everyone feels comfortable enough to ask for help when needed.  Our training is definitely not a one time thing so for those of you who get bored or tend to plateau after working out for a month or two, we're here to help avoid that and encourage you to see continued success   We hope you'll come in and check it out!

It's 1 mile and all within the industrial park so there'll be no traffic.  No one will be timed or anything so they don't have to actually run the whole mile

Join us this Saturday for the 1st Annual family fun run and open house!  We'll have a bouncy house for the kids, give aways, t-shirts and BBQ.  DJ on site to keep us moving!  The registration for the fun run starts at 10am and the run will start at 10:30.  Donations to the food shelf will be collected on site so please bring something to help feed a hungry neighbor!  Call Julie at Genesis Fitness for more details 893-UFIT!  Hope to see you there!
