The Y believes that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve--and that the values and skills they learn are vital building blocks for their quality of life. This is an opportunity to help with the development of today's youth. Under the supervision of School Age leadership, this position manages an after school site serving anywhere between 15 and 35 children between the ages of five and thirteen.

We are looking for someone who can communicate with and relate well to staff and parents in a professional manner at all times. You would work with staff to produce a monthly calendar of events which reflects a variety of choices and is developmentally appropriate to the population served. You are able to have effective, on-going communications with parents through daily conversations, formal newsletters once a month and informal written communications.

We are looking for a Site Director at BFA Fairfax and Assistant level staff at BFA Fairfax and Georgia Elementary and Middle School.
