Mr Howard had a grocery store for many years..the building was/is across the street from Ross's gas station. Mrs. Howard taught first grade for many years. She was my first grade teacher. She also was a beautiful seamstress, made dresses for her daughters. As the girl grew out of the dresses I was lucky to get them.
In later years Mrs. Howard had a flower shop in St. Albans.

Happy Birthday Henry
Thanks for keeping everyone "in the know" about things and people around town.

Buster had lived for the past several years on the Goose Pond Road were Rita Irish lived. He moved there after his wife passed away.

When we first moved to Fletcher in the 60's we would go the "Barn Dances". Cleon Gillilan would do the calls for the square dances. I seem to remember Stan Driscoll playing the drums for one group. What fun times we had..Rex Gillilan teaching Frank, my city grown husband, to square dance. When he did not go the way Rex told him to, well, he just picked him up and turned him the right direction. Now that is telling stories out of school isn't it.

We will always think of Maryann's smile and her love for her familly. Our thoughts are with you and your girls.

Henry, you are a stand up guy. My other half always says that he hates when I'm right.

We had used Paquins, until we moved to Fl, and always bought our vehicles through Clint. We bought our first Van, I'm sure people remember the silver and red van, in the 70's. Clint and Pauline are great people.

I hope that Theresa will get back in the swing of things, quickly. She has a great family around her and she is made of strong stuff. Our best to her.
