Mildred Warren Loses Her Big Blue Spruce

Mildred Warren called me tonight and told me her Big Blue Spruce fell on her house.  DJ Leach was going to go down tonight to try and get it off her house, but as he was getting ready to go down, he got a call to go out on the roads and get some more trees out of the roads.  I gave JoAnne Wilkins a call tonight and asked her if she could drive by there and snap a photo or two in the morning before they remove it.  I will try to get down there later in the day and get some more.  Anybody else going down by, I would appreciate them snapping a photo.  Mildred is in hopes some of the damage might be covered by her homeowners policy.

A special thanks to JoAnne Wilkins for stopping on her way to work this morning and taking some photos of the tree at Mildred Warrens for Mildred.  I wasn't sure I would get down there before someone removed it.  Unlike most retirees, I don't get to sleep until the wee hours of the morning, thus do not jump up at 6:30 a.m. and start my day.  Below is JoAnne's note and photos she sent me:
